Skinless and Pepperless Home Fries wiith Flavor

Ingredients:
4-6 potatoes skinned and cut
1 tbs. margarine
2 tbs. olive oil
3 tsp. beef soup starter
1 tbs. onion powder
2 tsp. chopped onions fresh or dried
1 tsp. garlic powder

First cut and skin 4 large potatoes or 6 med. potatoes.
You can either slice them into circles or cut them into cubes.
Place them in a pan with margarine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. You can use more or less of these depending on size of pan you are using. Stir often using spatula.
When they start sizzling add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook until your preference. Whether you like them crisp or soft.
