Green beans

Many people like to add flavor to their green beans. However, most of their recipes contain spices from their cabinet that have pepper already mixed in them. My mother use to love using Mrs. Dash, but now my father and I can not because it contains pepper. So what can you use to change the flavor? One option that I have tried was adding olive oil and fresh garlic to the beans. Another option is butter or soy sauce. The point is open your spice cabinet that has the spices your diet allows and experiment. Have fun with this one. Just take out a small amount of cooked green beans and mix. This way you do not throw away an entire batch of green beans. Plus you'll have fun coming up with your own recipe. Who knows you might be able to impress guests with the new way of making green beans.
